Are the hairs 100% human hair?
Yes, our wigs and hair bundles are made from 100% virgin unprocessed human hair. We guarantee that there are no synthetic or animal hairs mixed in our products. We are transparent about the origin and quality of our hair, and you can easily verify its authenticity by performing a burn test.
Does the cap fit my head?
Most of our wigs are standard size and come with adjustable elastic straps, allowing over 98% of our customers to find a comfortable fit. These wigs stay in place even during physical activities or exercise, ensuring stable and comfortable wear throughout the day.
Why are there short hairs on the weft?
When hair is cut from donors, it is often in long bundles, without wefts. After the hair is collected, it needs to be folded to be sewn into the wig. This is why there may be shorter hairs on one side of the weft. This does not affect the appearance, durability, or quality of the hair in any way.
Why aren’t all the strands the same length?
Human hair does not grow at the same rate, so individual strands are not all the same length. This is completely normal for natural human hair. This is why the ends of the hair are generally thinner than the top. Please understand this before placing your order, as it is a natural characteristic of human hair.
How can I confirm the wig’s density?
The density of the wig is directly related to its weight. If you are uncertain about the density of the wig compared to what you ordered, simply weigh the hair and send us a photo for confirmation. We are committed to ensuring the accuracy of the products you receive.
How can I maintain the shape of my human hair wig?
To maintain the shape of your wig, we recommend removing it and placing it on a wig stand when you're not wearing it. This will help preserve its form and prevent damage from rubbing or pulling. It also helps maintain the natural look of the hair.
How long will the hair last? How should I care for it?
Our wigs and hair bundles can last several months, 6 months, or even more than a year, if properly cared for. To maximize their lifespan, follow these care tips:
- Gently detangle the hair before washing. Avoid rubbing or twisting the hair.
- Wash the hair gently in warm water with a mild shampoo and conditioner.
- Blot excess water with a towel and allow the hair to air dry naturally.
- Use a wide-tooth comb (for straight/loose wave) or your fingers (for curly/wavy hair) to detangle the hair.
Do the hair have any smell?
If the hair you receive has an odor, don’t worry. This is usually due to the disinfectant used during the preparation process or the packaging, which can trap moisture and create a slight smell. Simply wash the hair with a mild shampoo and conditioner, and the smell will disappear. This does not reflect the quality of the hair.
Can I restyle or dye the hair?
Yes, you can restyle or dye the hair, but we recommend doing so sparingly, as frequent styling or dyeing can cause the hair to dry out. Make sure you are confident about the style or color you want before making any changes, and use suitable products to maintain the quality of the hair.
